French's has an on-site service department which
caters for the majority of TV, video and audio repairs.
You can either bring your equipment in to us at our showroom, or we can collect it for a small extra charge. We give an estimate before proceeding with any actual repair work, but there is an initial minimum charge made to cover the engineer's work involved in diagnosing the fault(s). This initial charge is deducted from the final bill if you go ahead with the repair. Please remember to bring the
remote control and
power pack etc along with the item to be repaired as this will save time
for our
